Absolutely! Your privacy and safety are our concern. One of the best features of NetBoom’s PC Mode is that 30 minutes after you log off, everything is completely erased and reset to how it was before. This ensures nobody will ever know you were there.

Subscription plans give a set amount of game time per period. For example, our lowest tier is 60 hours for 1 month. Once you use all your hours, you must wait for your subscription to reset for more time.

Yes! Go to the Game Suggestions channel (📬丨game-suggestions) and create a new post. The community can vote on your request, and if it gets enough votes, it may be considered for future updates. Not all requests are guaranteed.

For most games, yes. There are a few exceptions, but generally, you must own the game.

Look for games in the app labeled "Local Archive." This feature is still being tested. The only way to guarantee your saves is to own the game. Ask a staff member for more details.

Many common problems can be fixed by clearing NetBoom’s cache, restarting your phone, or (in rare cases) uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you’re still having issues, send a screenshot and your NetBoom ID to Sythan or support via DM.

Yes! Connect via Bluetooth or USB hub (dongle) on Android and Web. iOS currently does not support these accessories.
